I like this one:

El sabio no dice lo que sabe, y el necio no sabe lo que dice.

A Dios rogando y con el mazo dando.
Translation: Pray to God and hit with a mallot.

When I first heard it, I thought it sounded like a good proverb for would-be murderers or newly trained carpenters.

The real interpretation: Don't just pray, work. A.K.A. God helps those who help themselves.

That's a good one!

A los tontos no les dura el dinero.
A fool and his money are soon parted.

I like this one, because one of my friends who is very secretive always says it:

Eres dueño de lo que callas y esclavo de lo que cuentas.

You are the owner of what you keep quiet, and a slave to what you tell others.

Speaking of secrets...

Secreto de tres, secreto no es.
Secret of three, is no secret.

 (The Spanish version sounds better!)
