Does anyone use it?!  
 So far, I've been using their free audio files only, and I can say that they helped me a lot adding to my vocabulary a good amount with each lesson.  
 I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who's learning Japanese!

Definitely! It has been a big help to me as well.  I like to try to transcribe the conversations sometimes, as practice.  That has been a very helpful  exercise, even though it is a little time-consuming!
