I thought it would be interesting to create a thread where people can post pictures of what their Japanese writing looks like.

Don't worry, neither is mine.     
   
   
   
 Since my camera's really crappy, I had to write the text larger than normal to get a good image. Then because it was so big I had to write the text on the long side of unlined paper to make it fit. So the image isn't exactly the size I normally write at, but you can still get the idea.

That's still really good, considering that you had to write bigger than normal!    
   
 Should we try something with a few more kanji?  How about a Haiku...

Here, I'll give this a shot. Couldn't find a pen so had to use a marker. ugh. I hate my handwriting when I rush   Oh, and sorry they're so blurry. My camera isn't that great...

Those are cool, cleomau!  The marker sort of gives your writing a calligraphy feel.     
   
 montanadaver, here's the translations:  
   
 古池や蛙飛び込む水の音  
 old pond / frog jumps in / sounds of water  
   
 いつか、日本へ行きたいです。  
 I want to go to Japan someday.
