 It is looking pretty good for them. If they can continue to beat teams like the ChiSox, they'll be ok.

Thursday: Tigers win 4-3 against the Yankees!  
 Friday: Another win 6-0!  
   
 Pretty incredible.  
   
 We'll have to see how they do today...

They did it!  The Tigers won 8-3 against the Yankees!  The pitching by Jeremy Bonderman was awesome.  It will be fun to watch them as they go on to the ALCS.

American League Champions!  Swept the Oakland A's in 4...  That's what we all wanted to see.  As a fan who has been a fan all his life and even before it was cool to be a fan, this is the best!

Well we made it, but errors and no hitting kept us from winning.  It was good just to be in the World Series.

Yeah, being a Tigers fan, the World Series was difficult for me to watch, what with all the embarrassing errors, not to mention the fact that they couldn't come up with enough hits.  After a few games, I resigned myself to the fact that the Cardinals were just a more solid team.  But it definitely was awesome that the Tigers made it to the World Series!  And it was cool seeing Kenny Rogers get all fired up.  I think that's enough to say that the Tigers were indeed "for real".
