I think everyone should build their own computer! You can get the exact computer you want and you save loads. And it's is so simple. Many people think that you have to be some technopathic freak to assemble a computer from the components, in actual fact you just buy about 5 core parts which slot together then you add in your own. I built the computer I'm using now myself. It has: Intel Pentium Dual Core 3.4GHz
2GB RAM
2 DVD RW DRIVES
1 Floppy Drive (not that it's used but for 2 quid what's the harm?) 320GB Hard Disk Drive
ATI RADION SAPPHIRE GRAPHICS PRO
and some other random things. This is a very good PC for one that was built by a first time builder, and it has never let me down yet in the 5 months I've had it.

any chance someone could tell me if you can retrieve data off of a hard drive that was drenched with water. The hard drive won't work now but it didn't get damaged in the fire,just water logged .lol

I would love to build my own PC but it's not the hardware side that puts me off it's the sofware. BIOS settings and all that. I'm scared, LOL! Any tips?
