I've found myself so tired sometimes, that the best is just to take a quick nap.  I used to do it even when I was in my office.  I would close the door and take a 5 minute power nap.  That made me feel better.  Now I just lay for a bit in the sofa, and also helps me.  Am I alone on this one?

I'm too groggy to get things done after the nap. I do a lot better if I get the extra time at night. However, 15 minutes away from work on something relaxing does make a big difference to me.

Napping really disorients me, my body thinks it's breakfast time again. It's a nice idea but it doesn't work for me.

I think naps will really help, especially if your job requires you to stare at, well, the computer... Taking a break after 1hour or so of computer (or near work) for around 10 minutes really freshens you up... It even prevents Myopia!... However, if you are a student, like me ... Naps are quite impossible, eh? So I take them at home, usually after doing homework.... Sleeping for 1-2 and a half hours is ideal for noontime naps...(to me) But, I slept for 5 hours once
