As a skin cancer survivor, I can tell you, the best you can do for your skin is to stay out of the sun . And then you have to be exposed to the sun, wea r some UV protection. Being in the sun is great, but the damage it can do to your skin, can be deadly if you don't notice it. Please protect yourself with some sunscreen with high UV protection.

I'm a red head so I stay out of the sun as much as possible. I honestly don't get the attraction of cooking your skin but I guess it'd be a boring world if we were all alike.

The ultra violet rays from sun are very harmful for skin and for a skin can cer patient even a small rdiation can act as a catalyst and really therefore should avoid such radiations.
