With the gas prices, I've noticed that a lot of SUVs are now on the used car lots.  Are we getting into a different mode and people are actually thinking more before buying a car?  I have 2 friends that bought hybrids and they are very happy with them... I am even considering getting a hybrid too.  What do you think?

Hybrids are hopefully the way forward as they're both environmentally friendly and economical. Just watch out for the 'smug'

Hybrids are the best option but I think the cost of the vehicle is high.

I think hybrids are expensive because they are new and trendy. but the price should come down soon.

I think SUVs are becoming dangerous on the raod and therefore should be banned.
