Do people other there take supplements? I have heard its important to take omega-3s and also recently I have heard a lot about flaxseed oil? Has anyone else heard of this?

I've heard about those things, but I really don't take any supplements. I try to eat healthy, and very seldom I would take vitamins, but it is not the normal thing for me.

I don't take supplements as everything you read seem contradictory. I try to eat at least 3 portions of oily fish a week which is supposed to cover the Omega-3 requirement.

I have heard that you can get the same benefits from fish (salmon and tuna) those are the best and its always better to get supplements naturally.

Supplements are good... But if you are healthy, than supplements really have no use, right? As for the Omega 3 thing, yes its really good for you but you just might already have it in your diet... It comes in some fishes like cod and salmon (i think) I prefer not to take them... Its really up to you
