Stupid twats aren't sending it out, thats why this review isn't up.  Their website kept saying Guaranteed stock, Guarateed delivery on launchday, etc.  Then we got a call on the launch day to say their was a small delay and it would be there on Saturday (next day).  But here, apparently, couriers don't deliver after 1PM on a Saturday and it never came.  So now it's Monday and I hope it arrives.  Anyone think I have any rights here, seeing as they kept using the word "Guaranteed" this and that, yet it hasn't been fulfilled?

Hmm, common sense says yes but if you read the tiny print it probably has lots of disclaimers about the date slipping. Couriers who don't deliver on Saturdays are one of my pet hates, how many people are at home Mon-Fri between 9-5 anyway?
