Does anyone have a really good banana bread recipe?  I've got some bananas that are overripe, perfect for banana bread.  So it's time to make some.

One problem with the recipe I usually use, is the bread almost always comes out very flat.  I'm not sure if it's just the recipe or something I'm doing wrong.  It tastes great, but just looks odd...

My sister makes a great banana bread, but I don't know the recipe, and usually she doesn't share her recipes.  Besides, she knows I don't cook!  Sorry.

No problem.  I tried a new recipe last weekend that turned out pretty well.  It seems that most recipes have very similar ingredients, so maybe the trick is in the mixing and care of baking, rather than what goes it in.

I have another friend who does not "share" recipes and I think that is so bizarre! why not? its not like they made it up, probably, and who cares?? weird!!
