This food is two words.   
 There are seven letters in each word.   
 All the letters in the first word are in the first half of the alphabet, A to M. All the letters in the second word are in the second half of the alphabet, N to Z.   
 Hint 1: It's good for you.  
 Hint 2: The answer is plural.   
 Hint 3: Most little kids don't like them.  
 Hint 4: The initials of the two words are A.S.  
   
 Anyone know? Let me know when you give up....
