When I was about seven, my mom told me that drinking killed brain cells. And that you were born with all the brain cells that you were ever going to have. Turns out she was wrong!!!  
   
 Drinking may kill brain cells, but recent research has shown that you can grow them back. Yipppeeee!   
   
 Another bonus besides an excuse to booze it up? It may lead to better ways to treat brain damage and disease.

LOL!  That is funny!  I know that brain cells grow back.  As a matter of fact, I saw a documentary about a kid that they had to cut almost a quarter of his brain due to a tumor.  Well, his brain grew back, and with in a couple of years he was a perfectly normal kid with all his functions and able to do everything.

That's amazing, I wonder how long it takes to grow back a couple of glasses of wine's worth of brain cells
